Facebook as a political tool
Friday, March 23rd, 2007Always trying out new things, I created a facebook group called Flavio Rump in den Kantonsrat .
People can now easily join the group to show their support of my candidature. I am joining the ranks with US Presidential Candidates as Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama who both use facebook to promote their candidature.
We’ll see in a couple of days on how well this is received.
Update
I managed to invite over 40 people in my group, some of them which told me they voted for me and/or convinced someone to vote for me. Thus a success, even if 40 is not that great of a number yet.
